Jaw Theragun Demo: Sea Shell #2
Adrienne works with Sea Shell on the table and shows how a percussion tool on its lowest setting, buffered through the fingers and paired with the breath, can bring circulation to a face, neck and occiput that have held tightness for decades. Watch how Sea Shell's body "starts to find its own way" into freer range of motion, a softer face and more even shoulders.

In this class you will
- Tell why Adrienne starts at the shoulder and neck, giving released tissue "a place to go," before working up toward the occiput and face.
- Engage the breath cue "breathe in like you're pushing me out, exhale and let me sink in" so the work stays active rather than passive.
- Recognize how the finger buffer, the first Theragun level (1,750 percussions per minute) and skin-level skimming keep the work light on the head and face.
- Recognize that the side that seems relaxed may be the side that "carried the load," and read the quality of tightness: the old sponge or the new one.
- Tell how collarbone release on the exhale supports lymphatic drainage and can change the face before it is touched.
