Theragun Demo with Kimberly

Adrienne treats Kimberly's held upper neck with the Theragun, starting at the front line, then the occiput, head and jaw, while staying with what arises: resourcing, safe anger and a full-body discharge. It is a warm, real-time look at letting the body lead while the practitioner stays present, slow and fully there.

In this class you will

  • Tell why Adrienne treats the collarbone, pec minor and upper trap first when the upper neck is tight, and how breath and exhale guide the percussion.
  • Engage the Theragun with buffer, traction and the anchor-and-drag, then have the client turn side to side to compare the two sides.
  • Recognize signs that the body is ready to move, such as itching, a startle response, sweaty or cold hands, trembling and discharge, and respond by slowing down and narrating.
  • Tell how to support a global discharge: let it happen, stay in contact, and use firm, slow, whole-body pressure, containment and resourcing.
  • Engage simple consent tools ('thumbs up or thumbs down', 'red light or green light') and aftercare: eating, water, percussion and heat.
